本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、MyQria（https://myqria.com、以下「当サイト」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、当サイトを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

当サイトは、URLやテキストからデザイン性のあるQRコードを生成し、PNGまたはSVG形式でダウンロードできる無料のオンラインツールです。生成処理はすべて利用者のブラウザ内で行われます。

2. 利用料金

当サイトは無料でご利用いただけます。ただし、運営のために広告を表示する場合があります。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、当サイトの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
犯罪行為に関連する内容や、フィッシング・マルウェア配布等を目的としたQRコードの生成
第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、その他の権利を侵害する行為
当サイトのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為、または不正にアクセスする行為
その他、当サイトが不適切と判断する行為

4. 知的財産権

利用者が生成したQRコードは、利用者ご自身が自由に利用できます。一方、当サイトのデザイン、ロゴ、ソースコード等に関する権利は当サイトまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

5. 免責事項

当サイトは、生成されたQRコードの正確性・読み取り可能性・特定目的への適合性について保証しません。当サイトの利用により利用者または第三者に生じたいかなる損害についても、当サイトは責任を負いません。利用者は、生成したQRコードのスキャン可能性を必ずご自身で確認のうえご利用ください。

6. サービスの変更・中断

当サイトは、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。

7. 本規約の変更

当サイトは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

8. 準拠法

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。

1. The Service

This site is a free online tool that generates designed QR codes from a URL or text and lets you download them as PNG or SVG. All generation happens entirely within your browser.

2. Fees

This site is free to use. We may display advertising to support its operation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using this site, you must not:

Violate any law or public order and morals;
Generate QR codes for criminal purposes, phishing, or malware distribution;
Infringe the intellectual property, portrait, or other rights of third parties;
Place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, our servers or network;
Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

QR codes you generate are yours to use freely. The design, logo, and source code of this site remain the property of MyQria or its rightful owners.

5. Disclaimer

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, scannability, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated QR codes. We are not liable for any damages to you or any third party arising from use of this site. Always verify that your generated QR code scans correctly before use.

6. Changes and Interruption of Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
